What Happens Next?
Once you have completed the claim application form, Claims2Day will process your application straight away. We currently processing new claims in under 30 days, from submitting your claim form till your cheque arrived at your front door. This can be delayed if you have not provided all the information we need. If we need more information about your claim, we will ask you for more details.
When your claim is processed, you will receive letters or phone calls of us telling you how much compensation you will be entitled to. It will be in detail that show how we calculated your entitlement of compensation. We will also tell you when you can expect payment to be made. If you have any problem or queries, contact us if anything is wrong or anything that you don't understand.
